The Brief /
CBRE Group Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, asked us, together with our design partner Sadler Greenwood, to look at bringing a fresh and modern look to the interior of their office property Landmark Place in Slough.
The aim was to refresh the reception and communal areas across 4 floors, so making the office space more modern looking and appealing to new and existing tenants.
Our Solution /
We took inspiration from the existing wooden feature wall in the reception area, creating a design that utilised the lines from this feature wall onto the glass and walls. The design flows around the reception, up through the lift lobbies, stairs and corridors throughout all the floors.
The hand painted design also incorporates parallel lines, graphical shapes and floor numbering, which help identify areas within the office space. We also designed and installed wood veneer signage and a directory board that creates synergy between the reception feature wall and the rest of the office interior.
